Bacon Wrapped Cheese

Best of two worlds: bacon and cheese. I use a high quality bacon and a mild Swedish cheese.

2 Servings
• 150 g of Bacon
• 150 g of Cheese
• 1 cup of Diced Tomatoes
• 3 Cloves of Garlic
• Basil
• Salt & Pepper

Preheat oven to 200 ° C (390 ° F). Cut cheese into cubes. Wrap the cheese cubes in bacon and place in an oven proof pan. Salt and pepper. Pour diced tomatoes on top. Press garlic and add some basil to it. Place in the oven for 20 minutes.

  4. Oh, I wish we had bacon like that here in Oz. I can get it if I go to the market in the city, but hey, how often does that happen..
